The Cherub has turned 10. I know!! Where did that decade go?
To mark this momentous occasion - it is double figures after all - we gave him a super-suit and some flying lessons.
...and as if that wasn't enough, we also gave him Lego. Because that child would not believe it was properly his birthday if there was no Lego.
There was also chocolate cake with smarties on top ...
... and extended family.
(Which is why I have such top-notch photographs of the Supercherub, and his celebrations!)
Happy Birthday, you crazy diamond.
Shine on.

happy 10th to your long haired boy. Great photos of him flying too!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos! Happy birthday, C.( And I regret to tell you that the next 10 will go MUCH faster. And the next. My baby boy will be 30 next year, and he was 10 five minutes ago.)
ReplyDeleteGosh, I've just noticed via Facebook what Climber's real name is. Not that I thought it was actually Climber but somehow it came as a surprise! Now I want to know Cherub's... .
ReplyDeleteIn answer to your question, via Alison D's Facebook - we are friends and I followed your comment and found C. I'd be delighted to be your friend! Would you recognise my name, I wonder, which isn't Isabelle really? My initials are PD (oh, I love this cloak and dagger stuff!)
ReplyDeleteThe decades are starting to feel like months around here too! Two grandkids have now lived their first decade....unbelievable! Flying lessons --- what a great present --- and he seems to be a very apt pupil!
