Hey Sis, Happy New Year. Hair still looks gorgeous. Have been wondering how you were coping during your REVVVVOLLLTINGGGG heatwave. Disgusting. Checked the weather yesterday and this morning, and it said this morning it was 35 degrees before 9am, which is just evil. The Age website says the change has hit already though, hurrah, and that the temperature was dropping, so v. pleased to hear that. love Bron
He's still lovely, as they all say, and I think he may thank you when he's 16 and is a bit embarrassed at looking like a cherub in old pictures.... Take some more manly ones now before it grows back!
Here in Scotland it's damp, chilly and rather dark. I just can't imagine being hot at the moment. How various the world is. Care to pop round for coffee? We'll probably have to put a heater on, though, and we have no pool. No one has a pool here!
Hope it cools down soon - send some sun our way, would you?
Stomper Girl.
Also starring
Mr. Fixit.
With The Climber (15),
The Cherub (12), our Burmese cat Basil (he replaced Bertie Wooster the kitty who disappeared one night), and sometimes our friend Nell.
He's still gorgeous. And now he's cooler. But I had a mental AACK! at the sight of those curls in the bin.
ReplyDeleteHe still looks mighty pretty and curly!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Yeah, I too was expecting him to look like a shorn sheep when I saw the discarded curls. Actually though, he looks great.
ReplyDeleteOh *WOW*.
ReplyDeleteHope you kept those curls !!
He's still gorgeous though, and no doubt feeling a lot cooler. When I went short, I had no idea how hot I was previously !!
My heart sank when I saw the first picture. NOT THE CHERUB!!! I wailed. But...thank goodness...he is still gorgeous. And hopefully a bit cooler.
ReplyDeleteSending snowy, cool vibes your way and praying they'll keep you away from the scissors! :)
Heidi
MAH LORD does he look like his big brother in the wet head picture!
ReplyDeleteHe's lovely, dear.I'll bet he doesn't miss it as much as you do!
And in the third picture he looks Cherub-ic. Not shorn at all.
aaaaaarrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhh!
ReplyDeleteNooooooo!
Nell
Initally I thought you'd cut your hair and dyed it purple (looks sort of purplish in the photo!) He still has his loverley curls though.
ReplyDeleteNell beat me to it.
ReplyDeleteNell beat me to it as well!
ReplyDeleteShe said it exactly the way I thought it.
But...he does look gorgeous. It does suit him.
So I should be fine after I have a lie down.
Colo(u)r me all "typical man"-like, but whew.
ReplyDelete-J.
Heat does odd things to people...
ReplyDeleteHe still looks gorgeous though.

ReplyDeleteI don't blame you - 42 degrees in Melbourne - ridiculous!
