Boing.

My dad gave the boys a trampoline for Christmas, and Fixit spent a large chunk of Sunday putting it up.

Of course, one must test drive these things before completing the job...

Yep, it all seems to be fine.

  1. stomper, I think you'll find it is actually a 'tramopoline' not a trampoline.

hope it makes them nice and tired

  3. Trampolines are so timeless. We still have one. I remember in "the olden days' they were rubbery and not mesh. You could sit on them and then fill in the sitting dip with the garden hose. The heavier it got, the more water etc etc then everyone stood up and jumped liked crazy and the water went everywhere.Pre water-restrictions of course.
P.s I thought that little tap dancing kiss was one of the sweetest things I have seen in a long time.

  4. OoOh - dat's one of dem expensive ones too !! Awesome.

Our mini-tramp is still going strong, but I suspect we'll have to upgrade eventually.

I used to *lust* an invite to a schoolmate's house with a tramp - how cool !

  6. Awesome! A kid-wearer-outer! Those should be issued when a kid is born, IMHO.

  7. No, no, Sussanah's got it wrong - it's a JAMPoline. Just ask my Ali. Her favourite thing to do was jamping.

  8. That exact trampoline is on the list for next Christmas. They kind of freak me out but I can cope with these new safer ones.

  9. I broke my nose on a trampoline. I was 15 at the time.

Of course, that won't happen at your place. I'm just saying.

  10. Trampolines are great. We were given a trampoline when the boys were small by a neighbour whose kids had out grown it and, as is only fair, gave it away when ours were too big for it.

  11. Santa left a trampoline at our house this Christmas. The kids love it. The neighbour's kids love it. The neighbour's neighbour's kids love it. The kids 2 miles down the road love it. You get the picture.

  12. Not as cool as an inground pool

    But very, very close.

  13. Trampolines are so much fun! We got one for our boys last summer, and they loved it. Hope your boys will, too (judging from the pix, they already do).

  14. Are you like me and had it put at the far end of the garden???

"I can see you - I just can't hear you!!"

They will get loads of fun out of it!
