This is me tomorrow
Me and my grown-up dancers, freezing our legs off as we brave the Melbourne morning. You guys stay in your warm beds, I'll try to get Fixit to take pictures and I'll tell you about it afterwards.
oh man , and there are my taps , in their box in the cupboard collecting dust. If only my teacher told me of things called shim sham shimmey's and not just triple time steps ..... tap fast and you might generate some heat.
I will thinking of you while I snore gently in my nice warm bed. That is, if I'm not having one of those dreams which features a toilet chasing me, and ends with my waking up and realizing I need to pee.
All that tapping will warm you up in a hurry! I won't be in bed as it will be 10 p.m. here. I will be on the patio enjoying a glass of wine in the 84 degree F weather. Hopefully.
Oh man...I'm just catching up on all the posts I missed over the weekend. Wish I'd seen this earlier - I would have come and watched! As you know, I'm a bit partial to tapping as a spectator sport.
Stomper Girl.
Also starring
Mr. Fixit.
With The Climber (15),
The Cherub (12), our Burmese cat Basil (he replaced Bertie Wooster the kitty who disappeared one night), and sometimes our friend Nell.
You better wear thermal leggings.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to piccies.

If I lived in Melbourne I would hop out of my bed to come and watch you and offer support. My legs, however, would be covered in MANY layers.

ReplyDeleteBreak a leg!
ReplyDelete(I don't mean that literally.)
You may need those removable arm and leg warmers that cyclists wear...
ReplyDeleteHave fun!
