Or how I spent my afternoon ...
Buttermilk Spice Cupcakes
Honey Joys
Lemon Slice
Birthday Bear Cake
as per Cherub's request
Lolly bags.
Invaluable tool for making the party guests want to leave.
Wise parents only let their children eat from them once they are seated in the car for the return trip home.
Surely after all of that domestic goddess-ery there is someone else to do the washing up!
ReplyDeleteThe bear cake looks fabulous. I hope the party is well attended by those who leave at a fashionably early hour. Good luck with it all.
Happy birthday Cherub from Grandma. Fabulous cake, many fewer smarties than on Climber's cake.
ReplyDeleteSTOMPER YOU DOMESTIC GODDESSS YOU!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cake! Looks fully baked too... ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the cake! You even did fur you ambitious thing. I'm impressed. I'm having my mother-in-law do Abby's cake. She took a class and all. I suck at decorating.... I can BAKE a delicious cake, but they always look a little off. Love the party bags too.... send them off with enough sugar to keep the parents grumpy for a few hours!
ReplyDeleteIt's SUCH a relief when it's over isn't it? That cake is adorable, and I'm sure they all went mad over the food. Hope there's some left over for this morning's breakfast for you (that's the best part, I think)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Cherub!
ReplyDeleteWonderful Bear Cake.
Wonderful Stomper Mother!
That is a great cake, very impressive. And now I want a honey joy...
ReplyDeleteI agree, total Domestic Goddess.
ReplyDeleteI feel ill at the thought of organising children's parties. Thank goodness mine are all over for the year.
Now I'm drooling...
ReplyDeleteStomper you are a dead set legend.
ReplyDeleteTruly.
Fabulous. Lucky Cherub!
ReplyDeleteI guess the oven was fixed?
