My friend Phillipa all but fell over laughing at me when I told her about my trip-dive-and-splat accident in the deli section, so it's hardly surprising that on seeing me in the supermarket today she immediately asked wanna play spies?  But I told her it was far too dangerous, because I am very sensible now.
